Hotel staffs are very courteous and helpful, they really go all out to help. Cheers!
I requested for a room large enough to accommodate 4 people, but received a fairly small room, capable of only accommodating 2 people. The management then squeezed in two makeshift beds and charged me for the same rent as a deluxe room to accommodate 4 people, even though the space and apartment was the same as that of a room only suitable for 2 people. Hence, the room was rather cramp and there was hardly any space available to hold our luggage, let alone any empty space for comfort and freedom.

One of the few hotels with family rooms which can accommodate family of four comfortably. Super polite staff. An excellent choice for this beautiful city.

The staff was fluent in English and gave us good guidance and information on places of interest. They even helped us to find out the train schedule as we were travelling to Niseko the next day. Location is quite close to the places of interest. Quiet and clean!
